Accountable Action definition

Accountable Action means an action that:

It may require technology that has been applied to similar, but not necessarily identical source categories.

  • Required Noteholders means Holders of Outstanding Notes evidencing more than 66 2/3% of the principal balance of the most senior Class of Notes Outstanding.
