Accounts Designation Letter definition

Accounts Designation Letter means the letter executed by each of the Borrowers, delivered on the Closing Date and from time to time thereafter, designating the accounts of AHL or the other Borrowers to which proceeds of Loans are to be disbursed and authorizing Loan proceeds to be disbursed to such accounts.
