Accretion Direction Rule. With respect to any Distribution Date up to and including the Accrual Termination Date and the Class A-6 Certificates, the Accretion Direction Rule shall refer to the Class A-6 Accretion Direction Rule.

Accretion Direction Rule. With respect to the Class A-7 Certificates and any Distribution Date up to and including the Accrual Termination Date, the Accrual Amount shall be distributed as principal first to the Class A-5 Certificates, until its Class Certificate Balance is reduced to its Targeted Balance for that Distribution Date, and then to the Class A-7 Certificates, until its Class Certificate Balance is reduced to zero.
