Accretion Direction Rule. With respect to any Distribution Date up to and including the Accrual Termination Date and the Class A-6 Certificates, the Accretion Direction Rule shall refer to the Class A-6 Accretion Direction Rule.
Accretion Direction Rule. On each Distribution Date up to and including the Accrual Termination Date, the Accrual Amount for the Class 2-A-12 Certificates will be distributed as principal, first, concurrently, to the Class 2-A-10 and Class 2-A-11 Certificates, pro rata, in an amount up to the amount necessary to reduce their aggregate Class Certificate Balance to their Aggregate Targeted Balance for that Distribution Date, and second, to the Class 2-A-12 Certificates, until its Class Certificate Balance is reduced to zero.
