Accrued Revenue definition

Accrued Revenue shall be defined as follows:
Accrued Revenue means, for any month, Receivables reflected on the Borrowing Base Certificate delivered in respect of such month, in each case in respect of services rendered but not yet billed, provided that such Receivables are reasonably anticipated to be billed on or prior to the 20th day of the following calendar month in accordance with Borrower’s and the other Obligors’ ordinary billing practices.
Accrued Revenue means for the purposes of Condition 9A.3 the revenue deemed to be accrued in respect of an individual service calculated:

Examples of Accrued Revenue in a sentence

  • Accrued Revenue shall indicate: All amounts billable for the period.

  • If the amount of any decrease of the Accrued Revenue Note is equal to or greater than the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note estimated as of Closing, the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note shall be reduced to zero, the Accrued Revenue Note shall be cancelled, and the remainder of the requisite adjustment amount shall be deducted from the principal amount of the Receivable Note.

  • If the Actual Payroll exceeds the Estimated Payroll, the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note, or, if the Accrued Revenue Note has been cancelled pursuant to SECTION 1.3(D)(1), the Receivable Note, shall be decreased to the extent of such difference.

  • If the Actual Accrued Revenue exceeds the Estimated Accrued Revenue, the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note shall be increased to the extent of such difference.

  • The Accrued Revenue Note shall be payable according to the same payment schedule as the Receivable Note and shall not bear interest.

  • If the Actual Accrued Revenue is less than the Estimated Accrued Revenue, the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note shall be decreased to the extent of such difference.

  • If the amount of any decrease in the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note is equal to or greater than the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note executed at Closing (as adjusted pursuant to SECTION 1.3(d)(1)), the principal of the Accrued Revenue Note shall be reduced to zero and the Accrued Revenue Note shall be cancelled and the remainder of the requisite adjustment shall be deducted from the principal amount of the Receivable Note.

  • If the Actual Payroll is less than the Estimated Payroll, the principal amount of the Accrued Revenue Note, or if the Accrued Revenue Note has been cancelled pursuant to SECTION 1.3(d)(1), the Receivable Note, shall be increased to the extent of such difference.

  • For all Reporting Periods, line items should be disaggregated between sections in relation to Actual Costs, Actual Revenues, Actual Capex, Disallowable Costs, Revenue Foregone, Accrued Disallowable Costs, Accrued Revenue Foregone, accrued SoS Claims, Non-Recoverable Costs and Unreimbursed Disallowable Costs; and (ii) a supplementary explanation setting out details of any Non- Recoverable Costs and Disallowable Costs that have not been reimbursed for that Franchisee Year.

  • The aggregate purchase price for the Acquired Assets shall be $3,330,000 (the "CLOSING PAYMENT"), PLUS the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities, PLUS the Estimated Accounts Receivable Payment (subject to adjustment in accordance with SECTION 2.4), PLUS the Accrued Revenue Payment (as determined in accordance with SECTION 2.5), PLUS the Transition Date Payment (collectively, the "PURCHASE PRICE").

Accrued Revenue has the meaning given in paragraph 5.7 of Schedule 8.A
Accrued Revenue means services performed by meeting the milestones as set out in this definition as consistently applied over the previous seven (7) months. Related to Accrued Revenue

  • Accrued Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b) of this Agreement.

  • Accrued Expenses means the accrued and unpaid expenses appearing as a Liability on the Preliminary Closing Statement or the Final Closing Statement.

  • Accrued Bonus means the bonus, which may be negative or positive, which is calculated in the manner set forth in Section V.A.

  • Accrued Amounts means any unpaid annual base salary accrued through the date of a Participant’s Qualifying Termination and any accrued but unpaid vacation pay.

  • Accrued Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a)(iv).
