ACO Benchmark definition

ACO Benchmark means a payer-specific financial target against which the expenditures for healthcare services furnished to an ACO-aligned beneficiary will be assessed. Payer-specific Shared Savings and Shared Losses for an ACO will be determined based on this assessment.
