Acquired Trademarks definition

Acquired Trademarks means the Trademarks included in the Purchased Assets.
Acquired Trademarks means the trademarks, trade names and/or logos identified in Exhibit N hereto (the “Marks”), and that part of the goodwill of Cellatope’s and its Affiliates’ business connected with the use of, and symbolized by, the Marks, together with all other rights that inhere in such Marks.
