Acquiror Private Warrant definition

Acquiror Private Warrant means each Acquiror Warrant held by the Sponsor or its Affiliates.
Acquiror Private Warrant means a whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one share of Acquiror Common Stock for $11.50 per share on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Acquiror Warrant Agreement and the Acquiror Private Placement Warrants Purchase Agreement.
Acquiror Private Warrant means, prior to the Domestication, a warrant to purchase one (1) Acquiror Class A Share at an exercise price of $11.50 issued to the Sponsor.
