Acquiror Unit definition

Acquiror Unit means one share of Acquiror Class A Common Stock and one-fourth of one Acquiror Warrant.
Acquiror Unit means a unit of the Acquiror comprised of one Acquiror Ordinary Share, one warrant to purchase one-half of one Acquiror Ordinary Share, and one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Acquiror Ordinary Share upon the consummation of the Acquisition Merger.
Acquiror Unit means the units issued by Acquiror, each consisting of one share of Acquiror Pre-Transaction Class A Common Stock and one-half of one redeemable Acquiror Warrant.
