Acquisition Expense definition

Acquisition Expense means the total monies paid by the Claimant (including brokerage commissions) to acquire Eligible Shares;
Acquisition Expense means the lesser of (i) the price per share paid to acquire Eligible Securities plus brokerage commissions actually paid; and (ii) $48.37, plus brokerage commissions actually paid;

Acquisition Expense means the price paid by a Canadian Claimant (including brokerage commissions) to acquire an Eligible Canadian Gatos Share;
