Communications Expenses Clause Samples

The Communications Expenses clause defines which party is responsible for costs related to communication between the parties under the agreement. This may include expenses for phone calls, emails, postage, courier services, or other forms of correspondence necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. By clearly allocating responsibility for these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their financial obligations regarding communication during the contract term.
Communications Expenses. Identifiable communication expenses approved by the Project Manager, long distance telephone, courier and express mail between the Consultant’s various permanent offices and Sub-consultant.
