Acquisition Long Stop Date means November 11, 2016; provided, however, that the Company may, at its option, extend the Acquisition Long Stop Date to May 11, 2017 by providing written notice of such extension at any time prior to November 11, 2016 by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed (or otherwise transmitted in accordance with applicable procedures of the Depositary) to the Holders of the Securities, with a copy to the Trustee.
