Activation Charge definition

Activation Charge means the activation charge as set out in our Charges and Fees for Residential Customers.

Activation Charge means the activation charge as set out in our Charges and Fees section on the WebsiteADR Service” means an alternative dispute resolution service as described in Clause 18 (“Complaints”).

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Monthly Recurring Charge refers to the sum that the Requesting Licensee shall pay for the service on a monthly basis computed from the beginning of the month as specified in Schedule 15;
