Active duty orders definition

Active duty orders means temporary transfer of a member of the active uniformed military services of the United States to a location that is outside of the service member's school district of residence in compliance with official orders in support of combat, contingency operation or a natural disaster that requires the use of orders for more than thirty (30) consecutive days.
