Active Indication definition

Active Indication has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Active Indication means an Indication in the New Collaboration Field, with respect to which, at the time of determination, either Party or both Parties are conducting Development or Commercialization activities under this Agreement (including Unilateral Development or unilateral Commercialization of a Royalty Product).
Active Indication means a Licensed Indication (i.e., the Renal Indication, the Cardiovascular Indication, or the Metabolic Indication) with respect to which, as of the time of such determination: (i) Licensee has previously exercised its Collaboration Candidate Option for a Collaboration Compound and with respect to which Development activities are continuing, (ii) the Parties are conducting Joint Development Activities for a Licensed Compound, or (iii) Licensee is Commercializing a Licensed Product in the Licensee Territory in accordance with Section 4.4 with respect to which the Royalty Term has not expired.

  • Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
