Active Roster definition

Active Roster means the record of members, associate members, permittees and holders of a certificate of authorization.

Active Roster means the list of individuals specific to an entity who have been determined eligible under this chapter to provide services for the entity and who the entity has identified as affiliated. An individual shall remain on the entity's active roster and is considered affiliated until the commissioner determines the individual is ineligible or the entity removes the individual from the entity's active roster.

Active Roster shall be determined as follows: Commencing on the day prior to the start of the Regular Season, and concluding with each respective Club's last NHL Game in a League Year, Active Roster shall include all Players on a Club's Reserve List who are signed to an approved and registered SPC, subject to the provisions of Article 11, and who are not on the Injured Reserve List, Injured Non-Roster, designated Non-Roster, or Loaned. A Player who is on a Conditioning Loan is included on a Club's Active Roster. During Training Camp, a Player shall be deemed to be on the Club's Active Roster only if he had been on the Club's Active Roster after the Trade Deadline in the preceding season on other than an emergency recall basis.

• The Manager will be the primary point of contact for all College Season officials, must be present in any official communications channels (e.g. Discord), and will also be the signatory authority for any documents which cause changes to the Active Roster, as outlined in Section 2.7 and 2.8. The manager must be identified before the start of the season, and a successor must be immediately identified if the Manager leaves the team (for any reason).

More Definitions of Active Roster

Active Roster means those Players currently registered and eligible to play on a Team who are listed on a Team’s roster and have been approved to compete together as a group associated with SJJS in Competitions. Ineligible Players are not counted as Active Roster Players.
