Training Camp definition

Training Camp means the camp held by Clubs prior to the start of the Regular Season in accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 15 of this Agreement.
Training Camp means any place where any trainees are quartered or stationed:
Training Camp means any British Swimming Team/Squad training camp organised by or otherwise under the jurisdiction of British Swimming whether in Great Britain or overseas.

  • The Club and the staff at the Training Camp accept no responsibility for lost passport, currency, clothing or other valuables.

  • The only consideration that may be provided to a player signed to a Training Camp Contract, prior to the start of the Regular Season, is per diem, lodging, and transportation.

  • During any season, a Member Club shall not sign a Player to a Practice Agreement prior to the day before the day of the final cutdown of the Roster during Training Camp.

  • A Team that has entered into one or more Training Camp Contracts must terminate such Contracts no later than the day prior to the first day of a Regular Season, except to the extent the Team has Room for such Contracts.

  • Teams may play exhibition games between November 30 and the Pre-Season Training Camp Start Date provided that (i) the schedule is set and given to the Players no later than five (5) days following the Team’s last game or last day of training, whichever is later, (ii) payments for the game(s) are made in accordance with the bonus structure set forth in Section 10.5, and (iii) round-trip transportation is provided between the Player’s Off-Season home and reporting location at MLS/Team’s expense.

  • This coverage is the same as coverage provided for Players in Article 23.9 during Training Camp and summer Conditioning Camps.

  • The Training Camp costs include all coaching and workshops, use of facilities and board and accommodation.

  • Housing/Benefits • All Players that can demonstrate bona fide and incremental costs for housing due to the extension of the 2019-20 season and associated with attending Phase 2 and Phase 3 in the Club’s home city are entitled to be reimbursed for such incremental costs through and including the conclusion of each Club’s Phase 3 Training Camp in the Club’s home city, provided that the total amount of reimbursement shall be capped at the maximum amount permitted under CBA Section 14.2(a)(vii)).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Rookie Scale Contract entered into from February 1 through the day prior to the first day of the next Regular Season shall be a Training Camp Contract.

  • No Training Camp Contract may provide for (i) Salary in excess of the applicable Minimum Player Salary, (ii) Base Salary protection of any kind, or (iii) a term longer than one (1) Season.

Academy Players shall be placed in one of 13 age groups commencing with age group Under 9 and ending with age group Under 21; and2.2. the age group into which each Academy Player shall be placed shall be determined by his age on 31 August in the year in question, save in the case of players in the Under 21 age group, who must be under the age of 21 as at 1 January in the year in which the Season concerned commences (i.e. for Season 2018/19 born on or after 1 January 1997). General 3. If a Club engages in the training and development of young players then it must:3.1. obtain a licence to operate an Academy; and3.2. operate its Academy in accordance with this section of the Rules. 4. The maximum term of a licence to operate an Academy shall be three years, unless revoked earlier in accordance with these Rules or extended by the PGB at its sole discretion. 5. Each Club which operates or applies to operate an Academy shall give the League and the ISO access to such facilities, personnel, documents and records as they reasonably require in order to undertake their responsibilities under these Rules.
Training Camp means a training camp held for Athletes by Netball New Zealand pursuant to clause 5.1(b)ii. on a date and at a venue determined by Netball New Zealand and notified to Athletes invited to the Training Camp.
