Active Trading Market definition

Active Trading Market means, as to the Company's Common Stock, that the Company's Common Stock is listed or quoted on a national exchange or the NASDAQ National Market.
Active Trading Market means a Trading Market on which the average daily trading volume for the Company’s Common Stock exceeds Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).

Active Trading Market means, with respect to any security, that such security is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq National Market, and that 20% or more of the issued and outstanding units, shares or other equity interests of such class of security as of such date of determination are so publicly traded.

Related to Active Trading Market

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Abusive Trading means the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of Appendix.

  • Free Trading means that (a) the shares or certificate(s) representing the applicable shares of Common Stock have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Subsequent Market means the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq SmallCap Market or Nasdaq National Market.

  • Underlying Market means the relevant market where the Underlying Asset of a CFD is traded.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Signing Market Price means $0.58, representing the consolidated closing bid price of the Common Stock on The NASDAQ Capital Market on the date of this Agreement.

  • Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average sale price per share of Parent Common Stock as reported on the Parent Stock Exchange for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on and including the second trading day prior to the expiration date of the Offer, as calculated by Bloomberg Financial LP under the function “ABBV UN Equity AQR” (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).
