Actual Availability definition

Actual Availability has the meaning set forth in 6.3.
Actual Availability means for any Settlement Interval, the product of (i) the Storage Contract Capacity multiplied by (ii) the Availability Factor.
Actual Availability means Total Scheduled Availability minus Downtime.

More Definitions of Actual Availability

Actual Availability means Total Availability minus Downtime, in minutes.
Actual Availability means for any Contract Year, the sum of Actual Availability of the Storage Facility per Settlement Interval divided by the Contract Storage Capacity, as may be adjusted pursuant to this agreement, multiplied by 8,760.
