Actual Availability definition

Actual Availability has the meaning set forth in 6.3.
Actual Availability means for any Settlement Interval, the product of (i) the Storage Contract Capacity multiplied by (ii) the Availability Factor.

Actual Availability means Total Availability minus Downtime, in minutes.
