Daily Planned Operating Schedule. (a) By 1:00 PM Pacific Prevailing Time the business day before the WECC Prescheduling day in accordance with the WECC Pre-Scheduling Calendar, each Seller or each Seller's designee shall provide Buyer or Buyer's Agent with an electronic copy of Daily Planned Operating Schedule for deliveries of Energy for each hour of the immediate Pre- Scheduling Day. Daily Planned Operating Schedule. By 1:00 PM Pacific Prevailing Time the Business Day before the WECC prescheduling day, in accordance with the WECC pre-scheduling calendar, Seller or Seller's designee shall provide Buyer or Buyer's agent with an electronic copy of daily planned operating schedule for deliveries of energy for each hour of the immediate pre-scheduling day and Seller to send to Buyer via email. A daily planned operating schedule provided a day prior to any non-Business Day(s) shall include forecasts for the number of pre-scheduling days based on the WECC pre-scheduling calendar. Hourly Planned Operating Schedule For hourly changes in the CAISO Real-Time Market (RTM) not including Forced Outages, Seller must notify Buyer, via telephone, 105 minutes (1 hour and 45 minutes) before the start of the scheduling hour. This will allow Buyer time to make the necessary changes to the Schedules prior to the CAISO RTM Scheduling deadline. Seller will follow up with an email within 30-minutes of the call confirming the time the hourly change is for and the reason for the hourly change. Outage Schedules. Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall submit to Anaheim, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period as outlined below. Seller shall provide the following information for each proposed planned outage: From date and time; To date and time; and Available capacity online, in MW, during the planned outage. Within twenty (20) Business Days after Anaheim’s receipt of an Outage Schedule, Anaheim shall notify Seller in writing of any reasonable request for changes to the Outage Schedule, and Seller shall, consistent with Prudent Electrical Practices, accommodate Anaheim’s requests regarding the timing of any planned outage. Seller shall cooperate with Anaheim to arrange and coordinate all Outage Schedules with the CAISO, in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. If a condition occurs at the Generating Facility which causes Seller to revise its planned outages, Seller shall promptly provide Notice to Anaheim of such change (including an estimate of the length of such planned outage) as required in the CAISO Tariff after the condition causing the change becomes known to Seller.   • Reporting Schedule Consultant shall report regularly, and not less frequent than once per week, to the Company his actions on behalf of the Company.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
