Storage Contract Capacity definition

Storage Contract Capacity means the total capacity (in MW) of the Storage Facility initially equal to the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet, as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5(b) of Exhibit B or Section 4.9 and Exhibit O to reflect the results of the most recently performed Storage Capacity Test.
Storage Contract Capacity means the actual total installed nameplate AC Capacity of the Storage Facility as determined by the then-current Storage Contract Capacity Test, as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 7.6(a)(iv).
Storage Contract Capacity or “Contract Capacity” means the total capacity (in MW) of the Facility initially equal to the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet, as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5(a) of Exhibit B or Section 4.6 and Exhibit M to reflect the results of the most recently performed Storage Capacity Test.

Examples of Storage Contract Capacity in a sentence

  • Seller shall not replace existing batteries unless for critical maintenance purposes or increase the capacity of the Storage Facility without the prior consent of Buyer; provided, however, that Seller may also add or replace batteries in order to maintain the Storage Contract Capacity available to Buyer at the Interconnection Point.

  • If Seller fails to construct the Storage Contract Capacity by such date, Seller shall pay Capacity Damages to Buyer, in an amount equal to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) for each MW that the Storage Contract Capacity exceeds the Installed Battery Capacity, and the Storage Contract Capacity and other applicable portions of the Agreement shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • If the Storage Contract Capacity is adjusted pursuant to a Storage Capacity Test on any day other than the first day of a calendar month, payment shall be calculated separately for each portion of the month in which the different Storage Contract Capacity is applicable.

  • Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller grants, pledges, assigns and otherwise commits to Buyer all the Capacity Attributes from the Facility associated with the Guaranteed Capacity and the Storage Contract Capacity.

  • Such initial Storage Capacity Test shall be performed in accordance with this Exhibit O and shall establish the initial Storage Contract Capacity hereunder based on the actual capacity of the Storage Facility determined by such Storage Capacity Test.

  • The Storage Contract Capacity and Efficiency Rate determined pursuant to a Storage Capacity Test shall become the new Storage Contract Capacity and/or Efficiency Rate, at the beginning of the day following the completion of the test for all purposes under this Agreement, including compensation under Exhibit C.

  • Each SCT shall: Determine an updated Storage Contract Capacity; Determine the amount of Energy required to fully charge the Storage Facility; Determine the Storage Facility charge ramp rate; Determine the Storage Facility discharge ramp rate; Determine an updated Efficiency Rate.

  • In addition to adjustments pursuant to the Storage Capacity Test, the Storage Contract Capacity shall be reduced for each MW that is unavailable due to a Force Majeure Event lasting for more than five (5) consecutive days until such time as the Force Majeure Event ends for such Storage Capacity.

  • All Storage Product shall be paid on a monthly basis at the Storage Rate multiplied by 1,000, multiplied by the Storage Contract Capacity for such month, as adjusted for the most recent Storage Capacity Test, multiplied by the Round-Trip Efficiency Factor, multiplied by the Availability Adjustment for such month (as determined under Exhibit P).

  • All Storage Product shall be paid on a monthly basis at the Storage Rate multiplied by 1,000, multiplied by the Storage Contract Capacity for such month, as adjusted for the most recent Storage Capacity Test, multiplied by the Round-Trip Efficiency Factor, multiplied by the Availability Adjustment for such month (as determined under Exhibit P) and pro-rated for the first and last month of the Delivery Term if the Delivery Term does not start on the first day of a calendar month.


More Definitions of Storage Contract Capacity

Storage Contract Capacity. The Storage Facility will have an initial Storage Capacity of [[XX] MW for four (4) hour discharge] and [[XX] MW for eight (8) hour discharge] (the “Storage Contract Capacity”).

Related to Storage Contract Capacity

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Available Capacity means Capacity that is not Committed Capacity (but does include Committed Capacity in instances where it will cease being Committed Capacity prior to the time in respect of which Capacity is being assessed);

  • Licensed capacity means the number of children the Department has determined the day care home can care for at any one time in addition to any children living in the home who are under the age of 12 years. Children age 12 and over on the premises are not considered in determining licensed capacity.

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;
