Actual Completion definition

Actual Completion means the building is in the opinion of the Architect and Employer fit for occupation.
Actual Completion means completion of the sale and purchase of the Property pursuant to this agreement, whether or not it takes place on the Completion Date.
Actual Completion means actual completion of the sale of the Property under this Agreement and "Date of Actual Completion" shall be interpreted accordingly.

  • From the date of this Agreement until the Actual Completion Date and thereafter in respect of defects liability until expiry of the [12] months defects liability period.

More Definitions of Actual Completion

Actual Completion means completion of the sale and purchase of the Properties, whether or not it takes place on the Completion Date (referred to in the Commercial Conditions as "the date of actual completion'').
