Actual Drilling definition

Actual Drilling means spudding in a well on the Leased Premises and continuing diligent drilling practices to the Minimum Depth.
Actual Drilling shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2. “Additional Capacity” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 “Affected Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 21.1.2
Actual Drilling operations shall be deemed commenced at that point in which the drill bit penetrates the earth with a rig that is capable of drilling to total depth, and the drilling operations are continued with due diligence and in a workmanlike manner until completion. Neither the placement of material nor construction of a well location without Actual Drilling operations as detailed above will be deemed commencement of a Well. Upon one of the Final Revisionary Triggers being reached, then the Term Assignment and Participant’s rights in the Contract Area shall terminate as to all Leasehold Interests and all depths covered thereby, except as to depths between the surface and 150’ below the base of the deepest producing formation located within a Governmental Proration Unit assigned to any Well which is producing oil or gas in paying quantities as of the cessation of Actual Drilling operations and all remaining portions of the Leasehold Interests shall automatically revert to Next Bridge.

Examples of Actual Drilling in a sentence

  • If at the expiration of the Term, Lessee is engaged in the Actual Drilling of a well on the Leased Premises and there are no other ▇▇▇▇▇ on the Leased Premises, or on lands pooled, unitized, or communitized therewith, which are producing in Paying Quantities, this Lease shall not terminate so long as Lessee shall pursue the Actual Drilling of such well with reasonable diligence to completion or abandonment.

  • This lease shall terminate prior to the expiration of the Term if Lessee does not commence or cause to be commenced within ninety (90) days of the Effect Date the Actual Drilling of a well on the Leased Premises and diligently drill such well to the Minimum Depth.

  • The commencement or resumption of Actual Drilling Operations or Production in Paying Quantities or payment of Rental within the ninety (90) day period shall have the same effect as though such were commenced, resumed or Rental paid on or before the Anniversary Date.

  • For purposes of maintaining this Lease with Unitized Operations pursuant to this section, the definitions for the defined terms Actual Drilling Operations, Actual Reworking Operations, Production in Paying Quantities, Acceptable Lease Operations and/or Shut-in Payments, are expanded to include operations, production or payments attributed to ▇▇▇▇▇ whether located on the Leased Premises or on lands pooled or unitized therewith.

  • Timely payment of a Rental shall extend for twelve (12) months from the Anniversary Date, the time within which Actual Drilling Operations or Production in Paying Quantities must be commenced in order to maintain this Lease.

  • Neither the placement of material nor construction of a well location without Actual Drilling operations as detailed above will be deemed commencement of a Well.

  • If, during the Primary Term but after the first year thereof, this Lease has been maintained and Actual Drilling Operations or Production in Paying Quantities is not occurring on an Anniversary Date, this Lease shall terminate unless Lessee pays a Rental to the Lessor on or before that Anniversary Date.

  • CBM means Capacity Benefit Margin.

  • Actual emissions means the actual rate of emissions in tpy of any regulated pollutant (for fee calculation) emitted from a Part 71 source over the preceding calendar year.
