Data Acquisition System or DAS means a web-based system that displays historical meteorological and production data over an Internet connection and consists of hardware located on-site and software housed on a dedicated DAS server. The DAS measures and logs, at a minimum, the following parameters on a 15-minute average basis at the Sites: actual AC electricity production of the Solar PV System (in kWh) and solar irradiance (in W/m2). Expected Energy means, for the Solar PV System in any specified Guarantee Year, the number of kilowatt- hours to be produced as documented in the Construction NTP for that site.
