Permission to Operate definition

Permission to Operate means, with respect to any PV System, receipt of a letter or functional equivalent from the connecting utility authorizing such PV System to be operated.
Permission to Operate means written permission from the Cooperative to the Customer Generator for a specific Distributed Generation Facility to interconnect and operate in parallel with the Cooperative’s System.
Permission to Operate means Delmarva's approval for a Community Energy Facility to commence operation pursuant to subsection 16.3 of these Regulations.
