Actual heat input definition

Actual heat input means the gross heat release potential based upon the actual BTU content of the fossil fuel being burned and the rate at which it is burned.
Actual heat input means the quantity of heat produced by the combustion of fuel using the gross heating value of the fuel.
Actual heat input means for Rules .1416 through .1422 of this Section, heat input as measured and calculated according to 40 CFR Part 75, Subpart H.
