Actual Settled Amount definition

Actual Settled Amount means, in relation to: (a) a Conversion - the sum of money that results from the Conversion based on the actual rate of exchange (not being a rate of exchange provided on a real-time basis at the time the Conversion was executed) provided to us by a third party provider chosen at our discretion; or (b) a Transaction - the sum of money used for the execution of the Transaction based on the actual price (not being the price(s) of the relevant Investment(s) reflected on a real-time basis at the time the Transaction was executed) of the relevant Investment(s).
