Additional 2025 Notes definition

Additional 2025 Notes means the additional principal amount of 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes) that may be issued from time to time under this Indenture as part of the same series of 2025 Notes issued as of the date hereof.

Additional 2025 Notes means any 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes) issued under this Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.3 hereof, as part of the same Series as the Initial 2025 Notes.

Additional 2025 Notes means additional 2025 Notes constituting part of the same series as the 2025 Notes issued on the Issue Date having identical terms and conditions to the 2025 Notes, except with respect to issue date, issue price and interest prior to the first Interest Payment Date.

Examples of Additional 2025 Notes in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of each of the Additional 2025 Notes shall be unlimited.

• The exchange offer for the Existing 2025 Notes was completed in December 2017, and the exchange offer for the Additional 2025 Notes was completed in August 2020.

• Any Additional 2025 Notes and the Initial 2025 Notes shall constitute a single series under the Indenture, provided that if such Additional 2025 Notes are not fungible with the Initial 2025 Notes for U.S. federal income tax purposes, such Additional 2025 Notes shall not have the same CUSIP, ISIN or other identifying number as the Initial 2025 Notes.

More Definitions of Additional 2025 Notes

Additional 2025 Notes means notes issued pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof and having identical terms as the Initial 2025 Notes, other than as expressly permitted by Section 2.2.

Additional 2025 Notes means additional 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes) issued under the 2025 Notes Indenture, as part of the same series as the Initial 2025 Notes; provided that any Additional 2025 Notes that are not fungible with the 2025 Notes for U.S. federal income tax purposes shall have a separate CUSIP, ISIN or other identifying number than any previously issued 2025 Notes, but shall otherwise be treated as a single class with all other 2025 Notes issued under the 2025 Notes Indenture.

Additional 2025 Notes means additional 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial 2025 Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.13.

Additional 2025 Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(c).

Additional 2025 Notes means additional 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial 2025 Notes.

Additional 2025 Notes means Additional Notes that are 2025 Notes.

Additional 2025 Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.02(c).
