Additional 2025 Notes means any 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes) issued under this Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.3 hereof, as part of the same Series as the Initial 2025 Notes.

Additional 2025 Notes means Additional Notes that are 2025 Notes.

Additional 2025 Notes means notes issued pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof and having identical terms as the Initial 2025 Notes, other than as expressly permitted by Section 2.2.

Additional 2025 Notes means additional 2025 Notes (other than the Initial 2025 Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial 2025 Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.13.
