Additional Assessment definition

Additional Assessment means one or more assessments made under section 33 or 34 of the Assessment Act; (“évaluation additionnelle”)
Additional Assessment means a conversion assessment following a request by the VE Member Representative, on one (1) occasion between the fourth and the eighth anniversaries of the Closing Date, as more fully set forth in the Preferred Stock Litigation Management Deed.

More Definitions of Additional Assessment

Additional Assessment means an Assessment made by the Service where a taxable Person liable to Tax has been under assessed by the Service;
