Additional Claimants definition

Additional Claimants means the Oregon Attorney General and the Washington Attorney General.
Additional Claimants means, collectively, all Holders of Tort Claims that (a) were filed as of the Claims Bar Date, (b) are not Becker Claimants or Does Claimants and (c) are not Adult Claims. Additional Claimants are listed on Schedule A – 1.3 hereto (by Claim Number Only).

  • Plaintiffs means the Class Representatives and the Class Members.
