Additional Development definition

Additional Development has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.4 (Additional Development).
Additional Development any additional development of bespoke functionality to the Product if agreed to by the parties in writing.
Additional Development means any development relating to Licensed Product, other than Registration Studies or development relating to an Initial Indication Improvement, including development of Additional Indications and/or Improvements to any Additional Indications, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.1.3.

Examples of Additional Development in a sentence

  • The maximum amount payable by the Recipient to UNDP for the Development Services, excluding any eventual Additional Development Services as described below or any other amendments hereto, shall be USD 75.000 (seventy-five thousand American dollars).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions Customer may be charged with Additional Development Costs as stipulated in Order.

  • Compensation for any Additional Development Services that may be provided by UNDP relating to the Recipient’s Programme further to Article 1, shall be as agreed by the Parties and shall be contained in an amendment hereto.


More Definitions of Additional Development

Additional Development means any dosage form or means of delivery of the Product other than those set forth in Section 1.31, or any indication for the Product other than the Indications.
