Additional Duty definition

Additional Duty means any duty leviable under Part 7 of Schedule No. 1 on goods imported into Botswana;

Related to Additional Duty

  • Additional Default means any provision contained in any document or instrument creating or evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries which permits the holder or holders of such Indebtedness to accelerate (with the passage of time or giving of notice or both) the maturity thereof or otherwise requires the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to purchase such Indebtedness prior to the stated maturity thereof and which either (i) is similar to any Default or Event of Default contained in Article VIII of this Agreement, or related definitions in Section 1.1 of this Agreement, but contains one or more percentages, amounts or formulas that is more restrictive or has a xxxxxxx xxxxx period than those set forth herein or is more beneficial to the holder or holders of such other Indebtedness (and such provision shall be deemed an Additional Default only to the extent that it is more restrictive or more beneficial) or (ii) is different from the subject matter of any Default or Event of Default contained in Article VIII of this Agreement, or related definitions in Section 1.1 of this Agreement.

  • Additional Debt With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any debt owed by the related Mortgagor to a party other than the lender under such Mortgage Loan that is secured by the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Additional Term Lender means any Lender with an Additional Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Additional Term Loan.

  • Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • Serviced Duty means all duties and obligations of the Sellers in a Corporate Trust Capacity under the Serviced Corporate Trust Contract related to each Serviced Appointment, in each case, other than any Retained Duty.

  • On duty means that a pharmacist is on the premises at the address of the permitted pharmacy and is available as needed.

  • Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Instrumental activities of daily living or “IADL” means tasks consisting of housekeeping, laundry, shopping, transportation, medication management and meal preparation.
