Additional Investment Restrictions definition

Additional Investment Restrictions means the existing Borrower investment restrictions a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 3, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified by the Borrower (subject to Section 7.5) upon not fewer than five (5) Business Days prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
Additional Investment Restrictions means the existing Borrower investment restrictions a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 2.

Related to Additional Investment Restrictions

  • Investment Restrictions means the investment restrictions of the Fund as set forth in the Declaration of Trust including, without limitation, those described in section 2.0 of this Annual Information Form.
