Examples of Additional Junior Lien Obligations in a sentence
Upon any Additional Junior Lien Representative and Additional Junior Lien Collateral Agent so becoming a party hereto, all Additional Junior Lien Obligations of such Series shall also be entitled to be so secured by a subordinated Lien on the Collateral in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Holdings shall not incur any Liens on Capital Stock of the Parent Borrower other than non-consensual Liens and those for the benefit of the Obligations, the First Lien Obligations and the Additional Junior Lien Obligations (as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement).

This Agreement shall be binding upon Senior Agent, Senior Claimholders, Junior Agent, Junior Claimholders, any Additional Credit Facility Agent, any Permitted Additional Junior Lien Obligations Representative, and their respective successors and assigns.
