Additional Junior Lien Obligations definition

Additional Junior Lien Obligations means Junior Lien Obligations incurred after the Issue Date in accordance with the terms of the Collateral Agency Agreement.
Additional Junior Lien Obligations means any Junior Lien Obligations that are Incurred after the Issue Date and secured on a basis equal to the Liens securing the Notes, provided such Lien is permitted to be Incurred under the First Lien Indenture, the Senior Term Loan Facility, the ABL Facility and the Indenture.
Additional Junior Lien Obligations means, with respect to any Series of Additional Junior Lien Debt, (a) principal, interest (including without limitation any Post-Petition Interest), premium (if any), penalties, fees, expenses (including, without limitation, fees, expenses and disbursements of agents, professional advisors and legal counsel), indemnifications, reimbursements, damages, statutory claims and other liabilities, and guarantees of the foregoing amounts, in each case whether or not allowed or allowable in an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding, payable with respect to such Additional Junior Lien Debt, (b) all other amounts payable to the related Additional Junior Lien Claimholders under the related Additional Junior Lien Documents (other than in respect of any Indebtedness not constituting Additional Junior Lien Debt) and (c) any renewals or extensions of the foregoing.

Examples of Additional Junior Lien Obligations in a sentence

  • Upon any Additional Junior Lien Representative and Additional Junior Lien Collateral Agent so becoming a party hereto, all Additional Junior Lien Obligations of such Series shall also be entitled to be so secured by a subordinated Lien on the Collateral in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

More Definitions of Additional Junior Lien Obligations

Additional Junior Lien Obligations means any Additional Junior Lien Debt and all other Obligations in respect thereof (including First Lien Hedging Obligations and First Lien Cash Management Obligations).
