Additional Monarch Transeastern Liability definition

Additional Monarch Transeastern Liability means the portion of GCAT’s liability under the Transeastern Judgment in the bonded amount of $13,300,000.00 (of the aggregate bonded amount), reflecting approximately 2.50% of the aggregate liability of the Transeastern Lenders under the Transeastern Judgment, which portion was transferred to Monarch following the approval of the Monarch Settlement Agreement by the Bankruptcy Court.
