Additional New Shares definition

Additional New Shares means up to [insert] additional Series A Shares to be subscribed by one or more additional investors at a price of at least £[insert] per share pursuant to clause 3.3;]

More Definitions of Additional New Shares

Additional New Shares means, in relation to an Eligible Person, any New Shares applied for in addition to the New Shares subscribed for pursuant to each Right held, as defined on the cover page of this Shareholder Information Document;
