Additional Procedures definition

Additional Procedures means an engagement under which the Regulatory Auditor or another person independent from the Dominant Provider performs a set of procedures required by Ofcom and based on Ofcom’s specific requirements in relation to the Regulatory Financial Statements, and reports the findings of that work to Ofcom;
Additional Procedures means procedures performed during a limited assurance engagement in response to a matter that has come to the auditor’s attention as a result of any initial procedures, basic procedures and/or specific procedures, and that causes the auditor to believe that the subject matter information may be materially misstated.
