Additional Senior Bonds definition

Additional Senior Bonds means any Bond or Bonds originally issued in accordance with Section 204 after the effectiveness of the 1996 Amendatory Supplemental Indenture.
Additional Senior Bonds means Bonds of the Trust issued pursuant to ARTICLE II hereof and designated as Senior Bonds;

More Definitions of Additional Senior Bonds

Additional Senior Bonds means Senior Bonds issued in connection with the incurrence of Other Permitted Senior Secured Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.09 of the Indenture and Section 6.02(a) of the Series 2017 Loan Agreement.
