Adient Group Employees has the meaning set forth in the Employee Matters Agreement. “Adient Group Relief” means, without duplication, (i) any Relief of any member of the Adient Group as of immediately after the Distribution and (ii) any Relief generated by, or attributable or arising to, any member of the Adient Group in a Post-Distribution Period. “Adient Return” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

  • From and after the Effective Time (or, if earlier, the date on which the Adient U.S. Retiree Medical Plan is established), Adient Group Employees and Former Adient Group Employees shall cease to participate in the Xxxxxxx Controls Retiree Welfare Plan.

Related to Adient Group Employees

  • Former Employees means a former member of management of Icahn Enterprises (or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors)), other than the Principal, who voluntarily or upon any other termination is no longer employed by any of Icahn Enterprises or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors) and who holds Equity Interests that are required to be redeemed or purchased pursuant to any contractual requirements upon such termination of employment.

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.
