Adjacent Project definition

Adjacent Project means, individually, any development project located on properties in the vicinity of the FDP Properties.
Adjacent Project means the commercial condominium comprising the podium level and first floor of the parkade level of the building within which the project forms that portion of the building above the podium level and below the first parakde level;
Adjacent Project means the project adjacent to the Premises, being located at 1601, 1701, 1751, 1801 and 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. As used herein, the term "Tenant Allocable Share of Parking Spaces" means the number of parking spaces calculated as follows: (i) a fraction, (A) the numerator of which is rentable square footage of the Building and (B) the denominator of which is the total - 38 - rentable square footage of the Building and the Adjacent Project (excluding the 1750 Space), multiplied by (ii) the aggregate number of actual parking spaces on the Land and the Adjacent Property (excluding parking spaces designated, as of the Effective Date, for the exclusive use of the portion of the Adjacent Property known as 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx (the "1750 Space"). Upon the request of Landlord, Tenant shall enter into an amendment to its lease covering a portion of the Adjacent Property with the owner thereof (which is an Affiliate of Landlord) providing that Tenant will have the right to use a proportionate amount of parking spaces, calculated in the same manner as the Tenant Allocable Share of Parking Spaces (i.e., replacing clause (A) above in such calculation with the square footage occupied by Tenant in the Adjacent Property).

  • There shall be attached to the Offer Notice a form of written Lease containing such other terms and conditions upon which Lessor wishes to lease the Adjacent Project.

  • In addition to the foregoing, Developer at its election may enter into a separate agreement with the owner of the Adjacent Project for cost sharing of the installation of the off-site public water lines, in which event the Agreement for Extension of Water Main attached as Exhibit F will remain in effect and the Frontage Fees payable thereunder shall be shared by Developer and the owner of the Adjacent Project in proportion to their respective shares of the cost of installation.

  • It is anticipated that the Project will be connected to off-site public water lines installed by the developer of the Adjacent Project, which is adjacent to the Property.

  • The Temporary License includes the right of the Buyer and the Grantee Parties to enter upon License Area at all reasonable times for parking, storage, changing topography and landscaping, construction and staging purposes on the License Area (“Scope of Work”), and all purposes ancillary thereto, together with the right to move equipment and supplies and to perform other work necessary for the development and construction of the Adjacent Project.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Waterfront Landlord or Tenant has commenced construction of parking spaces at the Adjacent Project in accordance with a Waterfront Parking Plan on or before January 1, 2024, then all references to January 1, 2024 in the preceding sentence are hereby revised to January 1, 2026.

Related to Adjacent Project

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
