Adjusted Annual Payment definition

Adjusted Annual Payment means the Annual Payment, as adjusted due to service to Additional Contracting Parties and/or as required during or after each Fiscal Year.
Adjusted Annual Payment means the Annual Payment, as adjusted during or after each Annual Payment Period, as provided by this Contract.
Adjusted Annual Payment means the Annual Payment as adjusted during or after each Annual Payment Period.

More Definitions of Adjusted Annual Payment

Adjusted Annual Payment means the Annual Payment, as adjusted in accordance with Section 5.03 of this Contract during or after each Fiscal Year.
