Adjusted Federal Funds Rate definition

Adjusted Federal Funds Rate means, for each Settlement Period, the weighted daily average of (a) a rate per annum equal to the Federal Funds Rate on each day of such Settlement Period, plus (b) the Market Spread per annum on each day of such Settlement Period, plus (c) the Applicable Percentage per annum for each day on such Settlement Period. For purposes of determining the Adjusted Federal Funds Rate for any day, changes in the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the date of each such change.
Adjusted Federal Funds Rate means the Federal Funds Rate in effect from time to time, plus the Applicable Margin.
Adjusted Federal Funds Rate means fifty-five one-hundredths of one percent (.55%) above the Federal Funds Rate in effect from time to time.

Examples of Adjusted Federal Funds Rate in a sentence

  • Until Borrower gives notice to the Funding Agent (who shall promptly forward such notice to the applicable Co-Agent) of another Interest Rate in accordance with Section 4.4, the initial Interest Rate for any Loan transferred to the Committed Lenders in its Conduit Group by the applicable Conduit pursuant to its Liquidity Agreement shall be the Adjusted Federal Funds Rate or Alternate Base Rate (unless the Default Rate is then applicable).

  • If, in such event, Adjusted Term SOFR is not available pursuant to Section 4.5, such Committed Lenders may fund such Loan at Adjusted Federal Funds Rate or Alternate Base Rate.

  • All computations of Interest at the Alternate Base Rate, the Adjusted Federal Funds Rate or the Default Rate shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days, when appropriate) for the actual number of days elapsed.

Adjusted Federal Funds Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Federal Funds Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers on such day, as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the Business Day next succeeding such day; provided that (a) if such day is not a Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be such rate on such transactions on the next preceding Business Day as so published on the next succeeding Business Day, and (b) if no such rate is so published on such next succeeding Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be the average rate (rounded upward, if necessary, to a whole multiple of 1/100 of 1%) charged to Bank of America on such day on such transactions as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Fed Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate (expressed as a per annum rate and rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rates are not so published for any day which is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by BNPLC's Parent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by BNPLC's Parent. All determinations of the Fed Funds Rate by BNPLC's Parent shall, in the absence of clear and demonstrable error, be binding and conclusive upon NAI.

  • Federal Funds Effective Rate means, for any day, the weighted average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published on the next succeeding Business Day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) of the quotations for such day for such transactions received by the Administrative Agent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Federal Funds Open Rate means the rate set forth on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 5 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) for an Interest Determination Date underneath the caption “FEDERAL FUNDS” in the row titled “OPEN”. If the rate is not available for an Interest Determination Date, the rate for that Interest Determination Date shall be the Federal Funds Rate as determined below.

If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day 2 Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • Fed Funds Effective Rate means, in respect of a day, the rate of interest (expressed as an annual rate) as published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519) or Reuters Screen FEDFUNDS 1 Page or Bloomberg Page FEDL01 INDEX or any substituted publication therefor, charged for federal funds (dollars in immediately available funds borrowed by banks on an overnight unsecured basis) on that day or the immediately preceding day for which it had a value, or, if not available, ascertained from any other source as the Margin Loan Provider may deem appropriate.

  • Alternate Base Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate in effect on such day and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%. Any change in the Alternate Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate, respectively.
