Adjusted Management Fee definition

Adjusted Management Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c) hereof.
Adjusted Management Fee means an amount equal to three percent (3.0%) of Consolidated Revenue.

Adjusted Management Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(e) hereof. Adjusted Management Fee may be Adjusted Base Management Fee or Adjusted Incentive Management Fee.

  • Professional Fee Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B of the Plan.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
