Administering Municipality definition

Administering Municipality means the Corporation of the Township of Chatsworth.
Administering Municipality means The Corporation of the City of London, and as defined in Transfer Order #W1/1998 Lake Huron Area Primary Water Supply System issued by the Minister of the Environment and dated effective September 15, 2000.
Administering Municipality means the Corporation of the City of London in its capacity of Administering Municipality as identified in the Transfer Order issued by the Province of Ontario under the Municipal Water & Sewage Systems Transfer Act, 1997, and who provides some administrative services on behalf of and under the direction of the Huron Board.
