Administrative and/or Operational Decision means a decision made by the Minister or a Delegated Decision Maker related to forest and range resources under provincial legislation that is included in the List of Decisions as defined and set out in Appendix B;

Gitanyow will promptly and fully cooperate with British Columbia in seeking to resolve any action that might be taken by a member of Gitanyow to frustrate, delay, stop or otherwise physically impede or interfere with activities carried out in accordance with an Administrative and/or Operational Decision.
