Administrator of the program or "program administrator" means the registered nurse who is administratively responsible for a program.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Benchmark Administrator means, initially, the SOFR Administrator, or any successor administrator of the then-current Benchmark or any insolvency or resolution official with authority over such administrator.

  • Administrator/Benchmark Event means, in relation to any Benchmark, the occurrence of a Benchmark Modification or Cessation Event, a Non-Approval Event, a Rejection Event or a Suspension/Withdrawal Event all as determined by the Issuer.
