Administrator Report definition

Administrator Report means, in respect of a Collection Period, a report to be provided by PML as Administrator in respect of the relevant Collection Period containing all the calculation data necessary to determine the payments to be made by the Issuer on the immediately following Interest Payment Date;
Administrator Report means the independent engineering report dated February 24, 2005 prepared by Sproule evaluating, effective December 31, 2004, the oil and natural gas reserves held by StarPoint and E3 at the time of the Arrangement, less the properties transferred to Mission pursuant to the Arrangement;
