Admissions Representative means any natural person employed by EDMC who has substantial responsibility for encouraging Prospective Students to apply or enroll in a Program of Study or recruiting Prospective Students, including, but not limited to, assisting Prospective Students with the application process and informing Prospective Students about Programs ofStudy at EDMC’s schools, including but not limited to employees with job titles such as “student success advisors” and “admissions representatives.
