Admitting Privileges definition

Admitting Privileges means the privilege granted to members of the medical staff related to the admission of in-patients, registration of out-patients, and the diagnosis, assessment and treatment of in-patients and out-patients in the Hospital;

More Definitions of Admitting Privileges

Admitting Privileges means the authority to admit patients to a Site and function as the Practitioner of Record for that patient. Only those Practitioners who have been granted privileges may admit patients to a Site.
