Adult Day Care Program definition

Adult Day Care Program means a program operated pursuant to rules adopted by the public health council under section 3721.04 of the Revised Code and provided by and on the same site as homes licensed under this chapter.
Adult Day Care Program means the provision of group care and supervision in a place other than their usual place of abode on a less than 24-hour basis to adults who may be physically or mentally disabled. This term is used to refer to adult day care programs, adult day health programs, and combined adult day care and adult day health programs (i.e., combination programs).
Adult Day Care Program means a comprehensive, nonresidential program designed to address the biological, psychological, and social needs of adults through individual plans of care that incorporate, as needed, a variety of health, social and related support services in a protective setting.
