Advance Funding Account definition

Advance Funding Account means an account in the name of the Borrower (account number 156948-701 at the Bank) with the wire instructions set forth on Schedule VI or such other account or with such other wire instructions as from time to time the Borrower has designated to the Administrative Agent in writing.
Advance Funding Account has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3(a).
Advance Funding Account means an account in the name of the Borrower (account number 84455304 at the Account Bank) with the wire instructions set forth on Schedule V or such other account or with such other wire instructions as from time to time the Borrower has designated to the Administrative Agent in writing with evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent confirming that a Responsible Officer of the Borrower has requested such account or wire instruction modification in writing.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Account Bank shall at all times comply with entitlement orders and instructions originated by the Borrower or by the Servicer with respect to the Advance Funding Account.
